The campaign will focus heavily on securing in-kind donations of goods as well as services both to prepare the House for occupancy and to manage and maintain the House. Those donation needs for start-up include:

- 2 laptop computers with current software
- 1 desktop computer with current software
- Stamps * Lg and business size white envelopes
- Gift certificates - Wal-Mart, Target, Office Depot, Office Max, gas cards and grocery store cards
- Copy paper - regular and legal
- Trade show table top display
- Stainless steel wire racks on wheels
- Stainless steel food cart on wheels
- Paper towels
- Laundry detergent (fragrance free)
