This dream that has become ''Restoring Hope Transplant House" came out of a devastating diagnosis of multiple myeloma for Wes Herbst. The support and hope the Herbst family received at "The Gift of Life Transplant House" in Rochester, MN gave us hope and encouragement. It became the family's dream to bring such support to the Middleton community. We want the gift of courage, hope and life to become a reality for other searching families.

The Herbst family vision of a transplant house in the Madison area was bigger than their own personal resources, so a non-profit corporation and board were formed to make the vision a reality. Restoring Hope Transplant House is a non-profit corporation led by Executive Director Cindy Herbst and a board of directors and assisted by a CPA and experienced attorneys.
